Pilates helps build strength and mobility as well as helping with flexibility and balance. We have an external teacher and currently run two classes on Tuesday mornings. 10.00-11.00 and 11.15-12.15.
Our exercises are targeted for our age group and work equally well for men and women. Our teacher adapts exercises for those with little/no experience and can also get those with more experience to work a bit harder!
Members need a gym/yoga mat and a resistance band if they wish to use one.
