Mindfulness and Meditation

This is an opportunity to learn about mindfulness through discussion and practise. The aim is to cultivate inner peace and present moment awareness.

We begin with a 10 minute guided relaxation meditation, then discuss a short passage about mindfulness and how it can help our everyday life and end with a 20 minute silent practise. 

Whilst we seek to share wisdom in an environment of mutual respect, we do enjoy having a laugh. The group was set up in 2018 and still has founder members attending who largely say they find it very helpful. 

We send a weekly message with all the information required. For those new to Zoom. help can be given to get set up.

The session is open to all, regardless of previous knowledge or ongoing commitment.
