Online renewal is done through our Beacon administration system using PayPal for your credit or debit card payment.
To log on and renew your membership for the 2026-27 membership year after 14th February 2026, go to Members Portal and log in. members may use the Members Portal at any time to correct their personal information.
When renewing online, please note that your details must match EXACTLY the details on the renewal notice emailed to you on 14th February 2026. Please take care filling in your details: the form is case-sensitive. If you are having trouble with the form, check that you have used upper- and lower-case correctly especially for your email address. Also, please check there are no spaces after any entries, which can happen if your device automatically fills a box.
You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay this way, since you can choose to 'Check out as a Guest' and then use your debit or credit card. You will find the ‘Guest’ option by scrolling down to the bottom of the PayPal page. Please note, PayPal will not open a PayPal account for you when you use your debit or credit card. After renewing you will receive a confirmation from the Shipston on Stour u3a PayPal account that your payment has been processed successfully.
The online system allows couples to renew with just one payment but for couples who are both eligible for Gift Aid please renew and pay separately to help our Gift Aid returns – otherwise we will lose the Gift Aid from the member who didn’t actually pay!
