GENERAL CONSENT AND PRIVACY STATEMENT

This is the agreement which a members makes in joining the Shipston on Stour Area u3a

By completing this form and paying the subscription, I have entered into a contractual agreement with the SOSA u3a and I give permission for SOSA u3a to: (1) store my information securely for membership purposes; (2) use it to communicate with me as a u3a member; (3) share it with group leaders of study groups of which I am a member; and (4) send me general information about the Third Age Trust (the national organisation to which the u3a is affiliated).

By completing this form and paying the subscription, I also agree to be bound by the SOSA u3a Code of Conduct, the SOSA u3a EQUALITY, DIVERSITY and INCLUSION POLICY and the SAFEGUARDING POLICY (these are available to view on the website or from the Membership Secretary
